Pilates Sculpt Instructor Certification

Teacher training for high-energy, Sculpt style classes.

What is it?

A high-energy, mat-based instructor certification designed to prepare confident, capable Sculpt Instructors for modern studio environments. Developed and lead by Elisha Dyck - Founder & Lead Educator, Barre & Bike.

  • Across the industry, many studios are delivering high-energy sculpt-style classes under the umbrella of "Mat Pilates."

While there is absolutely a place for these classes, they require a different teaching methodology than traditional Pilates education provides. Pilates Sculpt™ was created to bridge that gap.

This program prepares instructors to teach:

    • Endurance-based sculpt classes

    • Layered and compounded movement patterns

    • Standing and transitional work

    • Flow-driven programming

    • Clear, safe, effective cueing

This is not a traditional Pilates qualification. It is a method-specific instructor certification designed for high-energy sculpt-style training.

  • Pilates Sculpt draws on Pilates principles of alignment and control, but differs from traditional mat Pilates through:

    • Greater emphasis on standing work

    • Full-body compounding movements (e.g. lunges with overhead press)

    • Layered intensity building

    • Continuous class flow

    • Athletic, endurance-based programming

    The method prioritises:

    • Clarity over choreography

    • Control before intensity

    • Flow without losing form

  • $1,500 - payment plans available.

This Founding rate reflects a 40% early access price reduction ahead of full public launch.

Future accredited public pricing will sit between $2,500–$2,800.

    Founding participants will:

    • Receive full certification upon completion

    • Receive updated accreditation documentation once available

    • Be recognised as Founding Pilates Sculpt™ Instructors

    • Be considered for teaching opportunities at Barre & Bike, if available

  • Our first Teacher Training will be held at Barre & Bike in Maroochydore on the 28th & 29th of March, 2026.
