Training the next generation of Instructors
Registrations for our March 2026 Teacher Training are now open
The Pilates industry is evolving
Studios are running high-energy mat-based classes that don’t sit neatly inside traditional Pilates education frameworks. Instructors need training that reflects what is actually being delivered on studio floors today.
This certification bridges that gap - delivering contemporary, foundation-first training designed to evolve into strength-based and heated studio formats.
-
The Pilates Sculpt Instructor Certification prepares instructors to teach:
Endurance-based Sculpt classes, just like our signature Sculpt class at Barre & Bike
Layered and compounded movement patterns
Standing and transitional work
Flow-driven programming
Clear, safe, effective cueing
This is not a traditional Pilates qualification. It is a method-specific instructor certification designed for high-energy Sculpt-style training.
-
Aspiring instructors
Studio owners building teams
Fitness professionals expanding skills
You do not need to have any pre-existing fitness qualifications or experience - that’s what this program is for.
Meet the Founder
Pilates Sculpt was developed by Elisha Dyck, Founder, Instructor and Lead Educator at Barre & Bike.
With over eight years of teaching experience and more than seven years mentoring instructors, Elisha brings real-world studio leadership to contemporary education. As the founder of Barre & Bike, she recognised the gap between traditional Pilates training and the demands of modern, endurance-based classes we see trending across the world, and created Pilates Sculpt to bridge it.
